Smoking’s an obsession. Love, too. When Miriam Yeung and Shawn Yue’s cigarettes kiss in a Paris-esque Hong Kong back alley, sparks happen. Pang Ho-cheung weaves an exquisite love story from within-office-hours smoke-ups and navigates the romance through adorable cinematic artifice and other aptly cute and cuddly things to arrive at something that is arguably as therapeutic as a puff of smoke after a stressful day.
